CHECK IT OUT...the next crazy obstacle course challenge is coming to Vancouver and it's the SPARTAN RACE!
It takes place on May 12th, 2012 and it looks to be even better than the Warrior Dash!

P.S. Speaking of insanity...thought you guys would like to know that I did one entire lap of Connaught Park (not the half lap I make you guys do for warm-up, the WHOLE park, which includes the east and west fields and the high school) doing Walking Lunges. That's one mile of Walking Lunges to be exact. I was having one of those "what can I do that's a little crazy?" workout moments. And voila.
And even though I can barely walk today, the pain feels good.
It feels like...
