What's the Beef? From Human Hurdles to Tire Tossing, Beef Boot Camp is a diverse and hardcore training program that is not for the faint of heart. We employ a "tough love" approach that involves making you work until your muscles are screaming; not because we're sadistic (okay, maybe just a little) but because we know what's good for you.

The Sergeant is a certified BCRPA Group Fitness Instructor specializing in Boot Camp training, Sports Conditioning and Cardio Kickboxing. A graduate of UBC with a minor in Kinesiology, Sergeant Beef values the importance of health and fitness in every day life and strives to teach others the benefits of maintaining an active lifestyle. Always incorporating an element of fun in class, Sergeant Beef is dedicated to helping individuals reach their fitness goals.
